The 3.2 update should've fixed the error that showed up when speaking to Jacob for players who chose they/them pronouns. 

As for those of you who still couldn't access Date 4 despite deleting previous versions of the game, it has come to my attention that there has been some confusion. 

If you receive a "Bad End" or "Safe End" screen, you've gone down a route that ends there and that is the end of your game. In order to proceed to Date 4, you shouldn't be getting any of these. You're supposed to ignore the noise on the interphone at the end of Date 3. Tenebris' bad and safe ends do not have a continuation past Date 3.
